Popcorn Chai Marshmallow Bars

Crispy & soft at the same time, with a touch of our delicious, spicy Masala Chai added to it. Yummy, sticky & super indulgent, these fluffy marshmallow bars are ideal to satisfy the munchies.

Ingredients

2 cups of popcorn mais

1 1/2 scoop Chalo Chai in Masala

1 1/2 bag of little marshmallows

oil

Knob of butter

INSTRUCTIES

Pour oil in a pan & crank it up to high. Corn pops at 200°C. Put a lid on the pan and let the corn pop.

Scoop out the warm popcorn in a bowl and sprinkle with a half scoop of Masala Chai.

In a large pot, melt the marshmallows and a small knob of butter, add a Masala Chai scoop.

When everything is melted, mix the popcorn underneath.

Pour the mixture into a flat baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it harden, cut into bars and ENJOY!
