At Chalo, we believe great taste and true origin can’t be rushed.
It took us countless tastings, sleepless sourcing calls, and over five years of searching to find a Japanese matcha that lived up to our standards:
authentic, vibrant, and unapologetically full of flavour.
That’s why we didn’t launch “just another green drink” back in 2017 when matcha became trendy.
We waited. We learned. We tasted again.
And when we finally found the one — a pure, authentic Japanese matcha that matched our values of heritage and bold taste — we launched our first batch in 2023.
Not because it was “back in fashion,” but because our was finally right.
Today, that patience has paid off.
