Chai Banana Pancakes

Chalo Chai Banana Pancakes

Healthy pancakes, perfect for every occasion!

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

6 organic eggs

100 gram shredded coconut

50 gram blueberries

1 tablespoon coconut oil (for frying)

1 tablespoon Cardamon Chalo’s Chai Latte premix

Chalo Chai Banana Pancakes

Instructions

1  Peel the bananas and mash with a fork.
2  Whip eggs in a bowl and mix it together with the mashed bananas.
3  Add shredded coconut, blueberries and Chalo Chai Latte and stir to combine.
4  Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
5  Pour 3 small portions of pancake mixture in the pan at the time and fry the pancakes on both sides.
6  Serve with (Greek) yoghurt, seasonal fruit and some superseeds.
