This creamy mushroom dish feels like a warm hug in your stomach!
Ingredients
100 g mushroom
50 g oyster mushroom
50 g shitake
1 onion
Vegetable broth
400 g risotto rice
Parsley
Olive oil (for frying)
½ chilli pepper
Peper & salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Lemongrass Chalo’s Chai Latte premix
Instructions
Heat the olive oil, add the risotto rice, and sliced onion.
Add your vegetable broth when the rice is light brown.
Slowly add all the mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and shitake.
Mix 1 tbsp Lemongrass Chalo's Chai Latte premix through the mixture and add pepper, salt, and soy sauce to your taste.
Let the rice simmer, while keep adding broth.
Keep stirring to prevent the risotto from sticking to the pan.
Top the risotto with the cut chili pepper
