VANILLA CHAI WHITE RUSSIAN

Cold summer nights will never have felt hotter with this delicious White Russian in your hand. For whatever reason, this seems more like an after-dinner kind of drink, but obviously, you can serve it any time of day. It would be a great brunch cocktail too. The chai syrup makes enough for six cocktails, so this is perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

CHAI TEA SYRUP

2 scoops Chalo vanilla chai

3 tbsp honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

CHAI WHITE RUSSIAN

60ml vodka

3 tbsp Kahlua

2-4 tbsp chai tea syrup

2-4 tbsp heavy cream

cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions

CHAI TEA SIMPLE SYRUPIn a medium pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from the heat, and add the scoops of chai and the honey. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 3-5 minutes, then remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla. Let it cool. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

CHAI WHITE RUSSIANFill a glass with ice. Add the vodka, Kahlua, and chai tea syrup. Stir gently. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon, if desired.
