Cherry chai jam


This simple, soft-set Cherry Jam is made with just 4 ingredients and will leave you wanting more. It tastes out of this world good, with a yummy hint of Masala chai! The perfect way to start the day.


2 tbsp lemon juice

50gr of Chalo Masala Chai

450 gr Sugar (for jams)

1KG cherries


Rinse 1 kg of cherries, drain them and remove the pips and stems. Mix jelly sugar (450 g) under the flesh, cover and leave overnight. Stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and bring to a boil in a large saucepan. The jam may continue to boil for 2 to 3 min once it simmers. Pour into a warm goblet and seal. Leave to cool upside down.
