Chalo® is a Funky Feel Good Love brand and its mission is to spread the delicious and colourful Indian Chai tradition and the story of its makers, worldwide in a 100% natural, fair and plant-based way.

The name Chalo® means "Let's Go, Let's Move Forward" in Hindi and is eagerly called out on Indian streets to the Chaiwallah (the tea maker) to order a chai for the road. In 2015, we launched our first four varieties of Indian Chai Latte. Since then, the range has expanded to include ice teas, organic loose leaf chai and salty & sweet snacks based on pulses, nuts and healthy seeds.

Due to rapid growth, the expansion of our portfolio and to be able to professionally support geographical expansion, we are looking for an all-around administrative jack-of-all-trades fascinated by food and service on short notice.

Minimum Professional Bachelor Office Management, Logistics Management, Translator / Interpreter or equivalent through experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar position in food, retail or e-commerce

Experience with software package Venice is a big plus

Very good knowledge of the Office package

Good knowledge of English and French

You work very accurately and have great self-discipline

Experience and knowledge of administrative procedures is an asset

Accuracy, sense of order, detail and organization are your trademark

Service and customer-oriented

You can work autonomously or in a team

Good communicator and you enjoy contacting customers and prospects by phone

You are discreet, professional and social

Result-oriented, organizationally strong and flexible

Sufficiently accurate to be able to execute and manage your own files from A to Z.

Skilled at setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-growing company

Job description

You are responsible for the administrative handling and assurance of the business processes for the various departments and companies, in particular:

Registration and follow-up of orders

Maintaining the relationship with existing customers, including informing them about new Chalo products while following up orders

Transportation planning: coordinating between production, warehouse and customer

Managing warehousing partners and colleagues regarding the organization of incoming and outgoing flow of goods

Telephone and personal reception

Manage logistics planning float and arrivals, and report to the organization

Manage and register samples

Customer Service with focus on customer oriented solutions & a transparent dialogue

All kinds of administrative support work

Management of office supplies

Keeping the contact persons and their necessary data up to date in the ERP system

Preparing periodic mailings
